Qualifications:




Masters’ Degree in Human Services or related field required; State of CT licensure required. A minimum of five (5) years management experience in a behavioral health or medical setting required.  Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct all aspects of clinic operations including administrative support, QI processes, understanding of billing functions, and providing clinical supervision.  Must demonstrate significant skill in attention to detail, organization, and establishing and maintaining processes and workflows. Competent user of technology including Electronic Medical Records, experience with Meaningful Use standards preferred

Hours:

Full-time; Monday – Friday

Duties:

This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the Behavioral Health Home & WISE programs. Provides administrative and clinical leadership to the health home team and oversees the implementation and coordination of health home & WISE services. The Program Coordinator leads service delivery transformation based on health home goals and principles and has a strong background in healthcare operations and quality improvement. Other duties include: networking and relationship development with other providers; facilitating clinical processes and team meetings; monitoring BHH performance and instituting quality improvement plans; developing health promotion, wellness, and other initiatives and reporting outcomes.
