Part-Time/Full-Time Residential Recovery Specialist; Union, Non-Exempt

$15.37/hour


Shifts available:

Full-time; Tuesday through Saturday, Second Shift (4:00pm to 12:00am)

Part-time; Saturday & Sunday, First Shift (8:00am to 4:00pm)

Part-time; Saturday & Sunday, Third Shift (12:00am to 8:00am)

Part-time; Saturday & Sunday, First Shift (8:00am to 4:00pm), and Monday, Second Shift (4:00pm to 12:00am)

**Please note, all Residential Recovery Specialists have the opportunity to shadow at all of our locations in order to be placed on the per diem on-call list. While some of these positions posted are only for 2 days a week, quality employees are very often able to work 3-5 days a week by covering vacations, call-outs, sick days, etc**

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree preferred; High School diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of three (3) years of behavioral health or human services related experience required; custodial care will not be counted as experience; excellent written and oral communication skills; current valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certified or eligible.


Position Overview:

The Residential Recovery Specialist position provides direct oversight and support services, both psychological and social to chronically mentally disabled and/or co-occurring clients who are making the transition from institutional care to an independent living setting in accordance with the treatment plan.
